1. 疑问词 “what” 的意思是 “什么”。

• What‘s your name?

2. 在疑问句中用 “What?” 表示 “惊讶”。

3. 当 “What?” 单独作为一句话使用时，可以用来请他人重复说过的话。

• – I don’t like chocolate.
  – What?
  – I don’t really like chocolate.

4. 在句中用 “what” 引出接下来要说的话。
