So, how can you cut down the amount you produce?

First up, swap single-use plastics for reusable alternatives.

Next, opt for second-hand clothing or swap clothes with friends.

Use things that don’t generate waste. Swap tea bags for loose leaf tea.

Instead of driving your own car, walk or use public transportation.

Finally, repurpose items that would otherwise end up in the trash. Old jars can become plant pots.
