If something is no big deal, it’s not important. You can also say ‘no biggie’ for short.

If something is a done deal, it means a plan or agreement is finalised and won’t change.
After the final interview went well, she knew the job was a done deal.
A deal breaker is something that makes you not continue with an agreement or relationship.
A lack of honesty and open communication is a deal breaker for him. He won’t be friends with someone who lies.
And lastly, a great deal of something is another way of saying a lot of something. It’s typically used with uncountable nouns.
